HIT-COVID team publishes paper in Scientific Data!
The HIT-COVID team just published a paper in Scientific Data entitled “HIT-COVID, a global database tracking public health interventions to COVID-19”. The HIT-COVID database identifies Covid-19 related interventions and tracks them globally. There are several different terminologies used to discuss these interventions; in this paper, they are known as “public health and social measures” or PHSM. They can also be known as non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPI). This paper explains the purpose of the tracker, and how the data is being collected and maintained. The paper also shares how to use the data to reveal the impact of these interventions on Covid-19 transmission. Check out the paper by clicking here.
